Refund Policy

Goods sold are not refundable.

Goods are only exchangeable for one of the conditions below:
1) Good was damaged during the transit by courier
2) Good was faulty when received.

All exchangeable item must be returned in unused and original packaging. Please email to maill@flavour.com or call +6012-245 6789 for prompt action.

All item must be returned to base for warranty or exchange claim.
